Cancellation Policy
To ensure that all clients of The Barber and Beauty Parlor by Paul Jesus receive the best service we have a Cancellation & Late Policy. All reservations must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the reservation time to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellation Fee and No Show Fee = 100% of the service cost. If you reschedule less than 24 hours of your reservation you will be charged 50% of the service cost. There is no charge if you cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation. This allows Wait- List Clients an opportunity to fill your reservation. Arriving on time is absolutely essential to ensuring that all guests are provided with the best service. If you are running late please notify us prior to your appointment time. If you are over 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the cancellation fee. By booking a reservation with our salon you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. To ensure a harmonious salon environment, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
